About Argus

At Argus, we offer 24/7 homelesness prevention and shelter diversion services to youth in crisis anywhere within the Waterloo Region. In addition to our food, shelter and constant staff support, we also offer a voluntary life-skills acquisition program whose main goal is to mobilize young people experiencing homelessness towards a healthy and viable re-integration into their community.

A Night of Wine & Roses is the largest fundraising event supporting Argus Residence for Young People. The event consists of a huge live and silent auction, a sumptuous three-course dinner, and unforgettable entertainment. The event raises funds to help our charity generate positive outcomes for young people in your community. Thanks to your support, Argus has been able to diligently support community youth for over 36 years.

Instructions for Registration

Thank you for your support in advance! We are delighted to have you join us for A Night of Wine & Roses.

Before filling out this form, please read these instructions carefully, especially with respect to filling out tickets. Although it requires a bit of extra work, if you are purchasing more than one ticket, you will need to enter the contact and allergy information for each individual attending so that Argus and our vendors can plan accordingly for the event.

  1. Fill out the Ticket Holder Information section for the first person who will attend the event. If you are the only one attending, skip Steps 2-3 and go straight to Step 4.
  2. If you have an additional person who will attend the event, please click "+ Add New Ticket" and an additional Ticket Holder Information section will appear. Fill out the details for the second person. 
  3. You must keep adding new tickets (repeating #2) until the correct number of total tickets appears under "Payment". Each ticket is $125, and the final amount to pay will be the ticket price multiplied  by this number of tickets.
  4. The final stage is billing and payment details. You can pay in one of three ways:
    • Online via Credit Card: Fill in the fields for the person who is paying, and a copy of the receipt and form will go to that person.
    • Calling in by Phone: Confirm the number of tickets is correct, review the final cost, and call LeeAnne at (519) 590-8638 to arrange payment over the phone. If you submit the form and we do not hear from you, we may follow up with a phone call.
    • Prepaid Sponsor Ticket: This means you have already paid and should simply create the tickets for each individual person attending, and confirm you have created the proper number of tickets.
